A Step-by-Step Guide to Cancelling Your Hotel Reservation

Checking your reservation cancellation date

You can cancel your hotel reservation anytime before your reservation's cancellation date. This date is featured at the top of your reservation receipt. If you need to cancel your reservation after this date, please contact the hotel directly.

Step 1:

View Reservations from Your Home Page

Log in at app.eventconnect.io/login to access your Home Page.
From here you can check your reservations by clicking on the My Reservations tab. A list of your reservations will be displayed. To view a reservation, click on View Receipt next to it, or click on Edit Reservation to make changes.

Step 2

Cancel Your Reservation

To cancel your reservation, select the Cancel Reservation button at the bottom of the page, below the list of your reservation details.

Next, you will be prompted to select a reason why you are canceling your reservation. Once again, select the Cancel Reservation button. After your reservation has been canceled, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
