Change My Reservation To A Different Hotel or Room Type

This guide explains how to change your current reservation to a different hotel or room type.

To change your reservation, access your booking and select "Edit Reservation." If you need help accessing the edit page, refer to our article: How to Edit My Reservation.

How to Change Your Hotel/Room

Once you are on the Edit Reservation page, scroll down and select the Change Hotel/Room button.

Select the Hotel You'd Like to Stay At

You will now be on the Move Reservation page, where you will find a list of hotels to select from and you will be able to see if they have rooms available. Click on the Book Now option to select a different room type or property you would like to stay in.

Select Your Room Type

This will now take you to the Hotel Details section. Scroll down to see the different room types listed. Select Reserve Room to choose your preferred room type.

Confirm Your Reservation Changes

On the "Updating Reservation" page, review the new total for your stay based on the selected room. Carefully read and agree to the hotel policies, then confirm your updated reservation.

You have now successfully updated your reservation and you will receive a confirmation in your email. You can also return to your Home Page and View Your Reservation from there.
