Book a Hotel Reservation With a Team Block

This article will walk you through how to book a hotel reservation using a Team Block.

Accessing your Team Dashboard
To find a team's block or access the hotel listing, use the link provided to access your team dashboard. Within the dashboard, navigate to the Discounted Hotels Section located at the bottom of the page.

To access your team dashboard, you can log in to your EventConnect account at app.eventconnect.io/login. Once logged in, click on "My Registrations" as shown in the image. From there, locate your team's name and click on it to gain access to your team dashboard.

 

After accessing your team dashboard, simply scroll down to find your team's block under the Discounted Hotels Section. To proceed with creating your reservation, select the "Book Room" option.

If a Team Block has been created by your Team Manager or the person in charge of accommodations, they will have a booking link that can be shared with you. This is the fastest and most convenient method to book your room.
