Book a Hotel Reservation

Step-by-Step Guide to Booking Hotel Reservations
To create a reservation for your upcoming event, you have two options:

Option 1:
Booking Link provided by your Team Manager
If a Team Block has been created by your Team Manager or the person in charge of accommodations, they will have a booking link that can be shared with you. This is the fastest and most convenient method to book your room.

If you've already received a booking link, go ahead and skip the first step in the guide below. Clicking your link will take you straight to the hotel listings page.

Option 2:
Explore Hotel Options From Your Team Dashboard
From your Team Dashboard, you can scroll down to find "Discounted Hotels" by clicking on "View Hotels".

Selecting your Hotel
Once you have found your preferred hotel, click on the Select Your Room button to open up a more detailed view of this hotel option.

You can also take advantage of the filter function to narrow down your hotel options.

Selecting Your Room Type
Here you will be presented with the hotel's available room types, rates, and a map showing the location of the hotel to your event's primary venue. Here select the Book Now option. Alternatively, you can hold a block of rooms for your team by selecting Hold Group Rooms.

Creating Your Reservation
First, select the number of rooms you need. Then, choose your preferred dates of stay and indicate how many people will be in each room.

Don't forget to use the "Special Requests" option if you have any customizations for your reservation.

Once you've filled out all the details, click "Next" to proceed with your booking

This will take you to the next step to input your Contact Information. Once you have filled this page select Next to proceed.

Confirming Your Reservation
Now for the final step - enter your billing address and credit card details. You'll see the pricing for your stay listed on the right.

To secure the room, you'll need to pay a small deposit upfront. However, you don't have to pay the full amount now. The remaining balance can be paid directly to the hotel when you arrive.

Before confirming, be sure to review and agree to the hotel's policies by checking the box.

Once you've done that, select "Confirm and Pay" to complete your reservation.

You have now successfully created your reservation and you will receive a confirmation in your email.
