This article is perfect for you if you need to view or make changes to your existing reservation.
View Reservations from Your Home Page
Log in at app.eventconnect.io/login to access your Home Page.
From here you can check your reservations by clicking on the My Reservations tab. A list of your reservations will be displayed. To view a reservation, click on View Receipt next to it, or click on Edit Reservation to make changes.
Edit Reservation Page
Select Edit Reservation on the right-hand side.
From the next screen, you can edit the following information:
- Contact Information
- Change your hotel or room type
- Billing Information
- Add or remove a night to your reservation
- Special Request
- Change Occupancy
- Add Reward Account Number
- Cancel your reservation
If you would like to edit your reservation, you can click on the white field of your reservation and add the new information.
Please read completely the system messages and confirm your changes by clicking "Update Reservation".
