Find Cancellation Policy (Before Reserving)

This guide will show you how to locate your hotel's cancellation policy before booking your reservation.

Our cancellation policy is presented during the reservation process when creating a reservation.
It can be found on the hotel listings page and is also displayed on the team block booking page underneath Share with Team.

The cancellation policy is also displayed on the right-hand side of the screen at the bottom of the full rate and payment due breakdown during the reservation process.

 

Guests must accept this policy to make their reservation.
